Description: Further study of civil litigation and procedures as it pertains to the role of a paralegal. Evidence, discovery techniques, preparation of briefs, settlement procedures, judgments, appeals, post trial procedures, and alternative methods of dispute resolution are emphasized. 54 hours lecture.
