VACCINATION VERIFICATION

fully vaccinated flow chartPrior to attending any in-person classes or accessing on campus services, fully and partially vaccinated students must provide proof of vaccination via CLEARED4 by 11:59 pm PST on August 19

CLEARED4 instructions were sent to all enrolled students through their RCCD email on Thursday, August 12 – CHECK YOUR EMAIL for this message.

Once vaccination information is uploaded, fully vaccinated students will receive a “blue pass” giving them access to on-site instruction and services. Partially vaccinated students will receive a “green pass” once a negative test result has been confirmed. The green pass, just like the blue pass, also gives students access to on-site instruction and services.

Two options will be offered for submitting proof of vaccination:

  • Option 1: Upload a photo or scanned copy of a completed vaccination card for either Johnson & Johnson, Moderna or Pfizer vaccinations.
  • Option 2: Connect your health data through a link from CLEARED4 to your Electronic Health Record (EHR) provided by your insurance or health care provider.

IMPORTANT - One of the above two options MUST be completed by August 19 at 11:59 pm PST to avoid being dropped from all in-person or hybrid classes on Friday, August 20.
